⚠️ The canton of Bern is taking action!📈 Faced with the rise in cyber threats, the Bern Grand Council has unanimously adopted the first version of an ambitious bill: the ICSG. This text aims to close legal gaps in cybersecurity with clear obligations to protect data, institutions and citizens.🧑‍⚖️ The law provides in particular for the classification of sensitive information, reinforced controls for critical roles, and support for municipalities, which often lack resources.
