馃嚚馃嚟 Nearly one in two Swiss municipalities says it is poorly prepared to face cyber threats, according to a survey of 621 entities. A lack of IT inventories, the absence of clear guidelines, gaps in emergency plans or training, the foundations of cybersecurity are all too often neglected, particularly in French-speaking and Ticino municipalities.
馃搱 60% of municipalities consider themselves behind on the digital shift, and some have not even begun the transition. This lack of preparation also affects essential services such as water and energy, for which emergency measures remain insufficient.
